Friendly people, great location, fair price

friendly, easy check in. nice, clean, welcoming room. a well known "speakeasy" bar is just off the lobby and it was great as well.

Superb

Great date night in the city!

The hotel is so beautiful! We stayed there for my husband's 40th birthday. The amenities were great, and we were pleasantly surprised by how good the continental breakfast was!

The only negative thing I can say is that the person working the front desk was not friendly at all. She didn't greet us and her general demeanor made it seem like she was annoyed. In contrast, the next morning there was another person at the front desk who was absolutely lovely!

Disappointing

Very disappointing. The staff was great but the hotel was not in good shape.

The staff was friendly and professional. They were excellent!

The room was much smaller than the picture made it seem. It was very dated. The lamp didnt work and there was no working temperature control in the room.

A convenient and comfortable place to stay in Philadelphia

This was a pleasant hotel and is very well located in Philadelphia. The beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was a nice, varied continental buffet. There were plenty of restaurants in the immediate area. There was water and coffee in both the room and in the lobby.

The safe in the room was broken and not repaired during our visit, it was bit chilly in the room and we were unable to adjust the heat and the bathroom was a bit worn. They did not service the rooms every day and it was necessary to ask for service specifically if you wanted this. Since we were there for several days, it would have been nicer to at least have had service every other day without having to specifically request it.

Superb

Our room was lovely, breakfast was great, friendly helpful staff

We arrived after a 5am start and unfortunately the room wasnt ready( we were early for check in) - understandable but a shame as we were tired. We were told about the speakeasy bar but couldnt get a table for 6 when we tried so sadly couldnt try it.

It was a very pleasant and enriching experience!

Everything. From the time I checked in ,Paige was awesome, made fresh oatmeal cookies for me! The place was very unique and I felt like I was transported to another time.. great vibe . Perfect location near the park , restaurants, bars, shopping , ect.
