If you just have to be in downtown Manitou Springs, it does the job. But, for the money I feel I could have found a bett

Good location. Efficient and simple check in process.

The paper cups for the coffee maker both had dirt, hair, and what looked like mold, in the bottom of the cups. T-stat on room heater didnt work. So, room was either scorching hot or too cold during night.

The room was spotless and comfortable, the owner and the one other staff person I spoke with super-friendly, the property was well-kept and in a great location at the edge of Manitou Springs by the creek.

No complaints.

Disappointing

Very disappointing

The location is good to walk around Manitou and avoid parking near shops. The room was clean and well appointed.

The AC/Heat unit in our room was so loud that it was not conducive to rest or sleep. The heater made a loud screaming sound that never quieted. We gave up, left the room in the nighttime, and slept somewhere else. (Room 201) Walls are very thin, so we could hear everything our neighbors did and said, including plumbing. We might as well have been sharing the room. I have a personal preference for in-person check-in. Others may enjoy the self check-in keypad this business offers.

Very good

I highly recommend this place and will be back.

I love this place. It has such a relaxing vibe and peaceful. Staff are some of nicest Ive met. Very understanding with check out needs. This one was very quiet - top floor, end.

Only downfall was that this bed was hard as a rock and caused me a ton of pain. Last one was absolutely amazing.

Great place for stay in Manitou if youre just looking for a place to sleep.

The price was quite good and the newly remodeled room was nicer than expected. The bed was extremely comfortable, water pressure was great, and booking/checkout was easy.

I wish there had been a microwave. The fridge was great, but a microwave would have been helpful. Although my unit (#101) did have a mirror, it wasnt above the sink.

Still can't find the entrance and have pain/paid these ppl 57 dollars for entry. I need rest but can't find the entry at the property.

Beautiful scenery outside the location! Manitou Springs is a really fun place to explore. I love how we could just walk to the little town in 5 minutes, Perfect for couple, My girlfriend and I love this place!
