Great staff

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Entire hotel is spotless. Heat is adjustable in the room. Granola bars and 24 hour coffee and tea appreciated.

We stayed in the Kennedy suite. We could hear noise from outside, including a beeping cross walk all night. Pillows were so big we didnt even use them. A bit pricey for the room.

Good quality at an affordable price.

Very aesthetically pleasing, welcoming, bed was very comfortable, bathroom/shower very good, easy entry instructions.

Only thing I noticed was that we could hear the people above us walking around.

lovely visit, comfy and close to sites to see.

What breakfast? Beautiful, clean room, comfy bed, easy check in/out, coffee maker in room, lovely sitting area with a fireplace and of course! Popcorn..

add plain half and half to the rooms. yuck on vanilla creamer.

Disappointing

There was NO stay.

I dont know because I was not able to find the property. The property is NOT marked to where you can visibly see it, especially if its late afternoon-dark. I know its not their policy to do a refund, but seeing that a customer cannot find the property due to no signage or visible markings: that makes it their fault I feel. I felt it would have been the Right thing to do, offering a refund or at least a free night stay later with some written or emailed instructions or map of the property. I was offered nothing lost my money. I would not recommend staying there, makes me wonder how many other people this has happened to?
