All the amenities..pool, spa, hot breakfast!! The extra bed was more than a cot size, it was a twin!

Never staying here again.

Close to downtown restaurants and bars. Nice size pool. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast.

Room was directly facing Chippewa Street. It was an all night party and the noise was non-stop and unbearable from 1:00-4:00AM. Impossible to sleep with people yelling inside and outside of the building along with sirens, car horns and revving car engines. Said something to the front desk and they refunded the $15 parking fee. Was looking for a little more compensation after paying over $300 for a room that my entire family was unable to sleep in.

Could have been better but the room was nice and the location perfect for our event.

Breakfast was good. Bed very comfy.

Check in was a disaster. 3pm checkin. We got there at 4 and the line was out the door. Our room was ready but needed to be inspected before we could get our key. Ridiculous. We waited an hour and finally got into our room at 5. Unacceptable. Waiting inspection should not happen two hours after room is ready.

Inspite of the melee that kept us up in the wee hours of the morning and terrified us ; we were comp

Front desk clerk named Rose . She handled all the problems within the scope of her position . She was an invaluable resource .

The inability to contact the front desk because of an inoperable house phone and front desk not picking up when a criminal action was in progress outside our door . We had to call 911 ourselves and hide in the bathroom until the police arrested someone and took them away
