Few problems in the room

Great location and friendly staff. Room was lovely.

The bed was extremely hard, which I know is subjective but there was no softness at all in the Sealy mattress the 'blurb' brags about. The digital radio provided wasn't used by me, but annoyingly the alarm went off at 15 minute intervals from 6am. Also, the chair in the room had a nasty stain in the middle of the seat, looking like someone had an accident on it. I was in a superior room, no 10.

Beautiful inside & outside Christmas decorations fantastic Huge bedroom & with sensor lights in the bathroom to help guide you in the night, excellent idea

Excellent facility in convenient location. Good obliging staff.

Rather a lot of small children in the pub in the evening which disrupts the ambience for adults. Difficult for living in guests to find anywhere to sit in the pub at peak times.

Comfortable overnight stay

Comfortable smart rooms, good food, friendly helpful staff. Nice welcoming atmosphere in the bar and restaurant.

Was allowed to keep our rooms until 1pm to allow us to change for a funeral we were attending, but was surprised to be charged an additional 30 per room for this
