The environment is amazing, so incredibly lush and peaceful. Remote though, accessibility can be confusing

Strange entrance to parking area. Staff not the most entertaining. Dining facilities almost non existent Aircon wasn't working TV channel choices rather limited

Beautiful in appearance but poorly managed

The decor, The Linen and The Breakfast,

My booking was handled very poorly by Sam, because, to begin with, I nearly ended up on the top floor instead of a prefered, ground level apartment. I also specifically requested an Airport Shuttle which never was actually confirmed, so my friend needed to take me to the airport at the last minute. . If it wasn't for Sne who was Fantastic and helped me with all the many variesd issues, I would have Rated my stay at Duboirs as Zero. On the surface, this a Picture perfect establishment, Truly Beautiful. But there are too many things wrong with it to mention them all. There is nowhere to put your soap in the shower. My room had no towel rail within reach of the shower. The window didn't close. The Kettle and TV didn't work properly. I didn't have a teaspoon to stir my coffee...and I could go on. But Sne truly did save the day! She should be The Manager.

THE LOCATION WAS OKAY BUT WE NEVER EATEN THE BREAKFAST IT WAS NOT PART OF OUR PLAN..EVERYTHING ELSE WAS PEFECT THE ROOM AND THE FACILITY WAS AWESOME...SSEE YOU GUYS IN SEPTERMBER

NOTHING AT ALL EVERYTHING WAS OKAY FOR ME AND THE PLACE WAS PEACEFULL NO NOISE NOTHING JUST QUIET .
