Great location

No atmosphere in bar restaurant or coffee shop. Room very minimal, nothing special at all.

Best hotel we have stayed in at Savannah Ga!

Staff upon check in and throughout the stay were very professional and attentive. They also informed us of the hotel events going on. The room exceeded our expectations and the bed and linens were very comfortable.

All in all, great hotel and great location.

Great location and the rooms were very nice and very clean. The first room had a TV that wouldn't change from the weather channel so the staff moved my cousin and I to a new room. All was great after the move. We walked every where we wanted to go once we got to the hotel so that was a plus as well.

They could have told me that there were several parking garages that would have cut my 1 day valet parking expense from $48 to $24. I also found it odd that you had to go to the front desk to get ice. I've never stayed at a hotel that didn't have ice on every floor for it's guests.

A beautiful little hotel in centrally located in the Historic District.

3 restaurants to choose from on site, along with snack options in the room. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location to all the sites.

One small, high window in the room (although it did look towards City Hall). The brasserie hours for lunch were listed until 2pm but they stop serving at 1:30pm and asked us to go to the rooftop bar instead.

Nice location. The hotel should have coffee throughout the day. The coffee shop closed at 3:00 and that is too early. The rooftop bar should remain open until at least 9:00p.m.

For the cost the customer service needs significant improvement.

Architecture and lobby were very nice

Bathroom electrical receptacle did not work on day one. Over 5 day stay an Electrcian could not have been engaged, seriously?That was unacceptable. They offered an upgrade on day 3 after we were completely unpacked. Very inconvenient to use hair dryer in hallway and electric toothbrush charging in hall as well.

Loved the staff and hotel decor. Location was perfect. Walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go.

Lovely hotel in a great location

Really nice hotel, great location and they left fizz and chocolates in our room after my sister told them we recently got engaged. Small issue with the bill but it was resolved quickly.
