We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Sedona - great place!

Everything was wonderful. The house had such great energy, and it was really cozy. We haven't stayed at a place like this with a common main area, but it turned out to be a great situation for us. We appreciated have some breakfast items to help get our day started. The property is unique and beautiful. We loved the room, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was hot. We enjoyed staying here!

There was ample parking space, but someone parked us in one morning when we had somewhere to be. We ended up being late because we couldn't figure out who it was and didn't want to wake people up. Maybe there could be a note or sign about making sure not to park someone in...although you would think that's usually common sense and not an issue - not the property's fault, but a note for those who may not consider this would be good.

Pleasant and comfortable.

The building is lovely and the hosts were friendly. We arrived in the evening and left in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. We were traveling with our furry friend so we were limited in our choices and were very pleased with this stay. There was some basic food available, however we chose to go into town for breakfast.

Lovely property and location outside of red rock state part. Close enough to Sedona.

Lightbulbs were not working properly, didnt get my towels until day after check in, trash bin didnt have a lid on it, and I had take off shoes going into the main house deer suite which was a real pain sometimes. Sheets were sateen-like material which irritated my skin.

I loved the atmosphere of the place as soon as I got out of the car. I heard the peaceful waterfall in the front of the building and instantly felt calmer. We stayed in the deer suite with a private bath. Our room also had a fireplace. I loved the patio area and the relaxing swinging egg chair. I will certainly be back.

The road to get out to the BnB is in really bad shape. The shower head sprayed everywhere but your body. The screen door was old and very hard to open. Window screens were really dirty.

We really enjoyed the resort and would definitely return.

The resort was very clean and quiet. Very few other guests were visible due to the nature of the layout. There were activities that we could participate in if we wanted. The resort was like visiting someone's home and we were trusted to keep it clean.

The one bed in the Deer Suite was small and hard. We flipped to see who had to sleep in it and I lost. I am 6-2 and too short, too narrow and, with no box spring, a little too hard. However with the quiet, I still slept fairly well.

Very peaceful and beautiful grounds. Friendly host.

Not a dislike, but an FYI: ~ 0.75 mi to place is dirt road/uneven terrain. We took a Honda Fit and had no problems, but info in case that makes a difference in car you take. No iron available

it was ok ..but one can hear everything going on in lobby & upstairs ..

outside of town

We experienced an awakening at 4 AM by overhead noise from the suite "the Roost" ( obviously has thin flooring & no insulation for sound) Someone with heavy boots walked around at 4 AM until about 5 AM ... with us just staring at the ceiling for an hour . -- not private enough .. one can hear everything going on in lobby too . no table -- nowhere for couple to seat and eat . no microwave.
