The property is very spacious, has all of the needed amenities, and the hot tub is amazing! We sat in the hot tub at night and it felt like we were in a planetarium.

The location of the property is very residential. You can't walk to anything nearby. It's about a 20-minute drive into the main Sedona area. This is great for stargazing but was a little annoying each time we wanted to go out for dinner or some of the main hikes.

The house was great for our group however a few things were not working and I've already told the company about this.

I love the amount of beds and I love the two sleeping areas separated from each other.

Great place but needs better house keepers.

Location was perfect! The house was big and cozy, jacuzzi amazing after a day of 4 wheeling the trails. Quiet and peaceful

Cockroaches all over. Living and dead inside the home. Condom wrappers from previous guest in kitchen on floor. Previous guests trash still also in trash cans outside. The fridge smelled very bad as well. Propane was out after 1 hour in patio fireplace.

Girls weekend in Sedona

The space was perfect for us and close enough to all of our activities while far enough away to be relaxing.

We weren't there long enough to enjoy the outside space, but that was our planning and not the house.

absolutely amazing, great location, beautiful house and the host Jonathan is incredibly friendly and very helpful.

its a beautiful home, very nice inside and out. we loved and enjoyed the mountains, location, the hot tub and the entire beautiful house layout. we will definitely book this vacation home again in the future.

Went with spouse, college-age son and two of his friends. It was perfect. The hot tub was wonderful.

kitchen had lots of appliances but no blender. Would have liked blender (for smoothies, for someone with medical condition)

Would definitely use it again. cut our stay short due to bad weather but enjoyed time there

Location was great, just south of the heavy traffic in Sedona, quiet, and easy drives to great hiking spots and very close to a nice grocery. Hot tub was a nice feature on cold February days

Love this Sedona Gem!

The home in Sedona is very well-maintained and is located in a lovely spot! It is very spacious and all of the bedrooms are large with cozy beds. The contact host is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Should we return to Sedona we will definitely try to secure the property again!
