Exceptional

The property is gorgeous with an amazing location breakfast and staff. We also were there when the war broke out and the staff was nothing short of phenomenal. I felt so safe and appreciative of everything the hotel was doing.

A comfortable and luxurious hotel with an amazing breakfast buffet!

The hotel felt like a luxurious oasis to retreat from the hot weather. The food at breakfast was sensational!

The exterior could do with a clean. The area viewed from the guest lifts was dirty with litter and rubbish in plain view.

Brilliant, high standards, goid staff and service , good pool with view

Perfect location, modern , staff go out their way to please , high standard , comfortable bed -U have stayed in many Tel Aviv hotels and this is the best by far , dont hesitate the place is perfect , restaurants are too has best food in Tel Aviv

Although the food was if excellent standard at the common , and the tastiest food by far , with high quality ingredients and excellent chef, was tastiest meal of my life but the portions are small and needed to get a cheap street shwarma afterwards to fill me , as more would have broke the bank

It s not my stay me and my collgues 7 rooms each time had a Good start , but the last day bad test

Most of the personal , the breakfast the service ,

The attitude of the in duty manager the day of my departure . Impossible to find two bags I left at the concierge , the manager in duty was a little raw , did not allowed my don to enter the swimming pool, between check out and our 15 h00 departure , while the toll was laid fir two , and was asked to move to another room I had to wait 4 hours until the room was ready .

Best high-end place to stay in TLV

The hotel is immaculate and of a high standard. Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Overall very professional and a wonderful stay in a great location. The pool is lovely with a great view. Gym is well equipped overall.

Gym could use a pull up bar. Breakfast can be managed better (waiting for tables, service not always prompt for this level of hotel).
