Very good

Free parking is available under the hotel. Sauna in the room.

The furniture in the room is very old. There is no TV in the living area. The bathtub on the balcony drains directly onto the floor of the balcony and it is not a Jacuzzi. If you take a bath on the balcony, everyone in the hotel upstairs and in the houses nearby is looking at you.

Lovely place, not actually in Tel Aviv (we didn't take enough notice when we booked it)

Room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The large patio area with tub was great.

Check-in was very hard to find - being hidden within another hotel. Check-in is not 24h, we arrived very early and had to rely on the adjoining hotel for information and luggage storage.

Not as advertised, not five start accommodation.

Close to the beach

The property is not as advertised. There is no room service, none of the staff speak any English, there is mould on the walls and doors, the towels were stained, there was no reception available once the spa closed and if you have a problem there is just a phone number - except no one can help because they do not speak English. We tried messaging on the booking.com app and had no response. When trying to speak to the staff using our phone translator my partner was shooed away. The balcony although large had bird mess over it and the patio step brickwork was broken and dangerous trip hazard. The shared pool had dirty cups all around it. The lifts kept stopping working as they were having problems with the fire alarm that kept going off. We ended up paying to stay in another hotel as this is not a five star hotel it is advertised as.

The hotel is the worst hotel I have ever seen, we couldn't stay there and left immediately. Till today I didn't get my money back.

The object did not correspond to what was reflected in the advertising on Booking.com. No matching the 5 star hotel level we paid for. In fact this is not a hotal, just a room rented by thee privat person. No lobby at all with english speeking staff, no wardrobe in the room at all, the room is located in a SPA salon. Therefore, we were forced to refuse to stay in this room and demand to fully return the payment. This is the first time we meet in many years of booking hotels at Booking.com. The payment is not returned yet in contrary to what was promissed by the room owner.
