The Cove Hotel in Salem exceeded expectations with spotless, tastefully decorated rooms and comfortable beds. Guests enjoyed the convenient location within walking distance of downtown Salem and the (Read More)Peabody Essex Museum. The outdoor patio with fire pits and grills, as well as the game room, were popular amenities. The themed rooms were a highlight, with guests raving about the unique decor. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent customer service. Overall, guests had a great experience and would highly recommend The Cove Hotel.

Wish the metal staircase had some noise additive to lessen the noise when people were using could hear people going up and down in the middle of the night

Lots of space, great aesthetic, very clean. Very friendly staff. Good location as well as price, booking last minute was not an issue.

Unable to properly take a bath because of defective stopper. Certain smart controls like heating weren't fully intuitive. Bathroom mirror had smart controls but did not seem functional.

What a special place. This is not your average motel. Driving up it looks normal, but the rooms are uniquely and phenomenally decorated. A really unique stay.

Comfortable and a great value

Clean facility, friendly staff. Arrived at 2 am and they made sure the room was ready and accessible to us at that time. Nice area and nice fireplace gathering area outside.

I had a wicked good time in witch city. I will be back for peanut butter and fluff. I swear!

Quick easy check in. Direct access. Very quiet. Nice and clean. It was wicked great, super fun.

If they had a jacuzzi tub, that is the only thing missing.

It was great

Love the place, very modern, and very clean. The only thing is that the heat was blasting and as much as we put the heat down to like 65 it was still as hot. We didn't mind since we preferred to be warm rather than cold, but that kept me up at night. Other than that, I like the room, and the location, and the front desk person was super nice.
