Guests had a wonderful stay at The Chequers, finding the rooms comfortable, clean, and perfect for privacy. The hosts, Sharon and Alistair, were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to (Read More)make their stay pleasant. The location was convenient for exploring different activities each day. Guests felt at home and appreciated the family room provided for their granddaughter. Very good

Christmas spectacular great Yarmouth weekend away

The bed and breakfast owners were very welcoming and even offered to move their own car from outside the b&b so we could park near the property. They noticed that I had mobility issues and even offered us a room on the first floor, which I appreciated. I found the breakfast valve for money but found the pre-ordering breakfast the day before was quite hard personally because you can often find yourself not wanting what you originally ordered and it being pre-cooked made me feel obligated to eat what I had and feeling a little rushed leaving the toast cold as I would have liked to pick in the morning something a bit lighter maybe scrambled eggs on toast. My husband and I both don't always want a full breakfast at eight o'clock in the morning, but to have a different choice would have been appreciated. The room itself was very tidy and clean. The bed was vast in size, but comfortable the doors to the balcony possibly need updating because the strong wind rattled the doors so much i thought the wind was going to blow them open, the bathroom window was open on arrival and to high to reach so we couldn't close it so the bathroom was cold. I must admit, though, that for the price, the stay was valued for money.

The best time never forget

Alistair and Sharon were so Friendly and helpful that we stayed 2 extra days. Breakfast was perfect that we booked a stay next year thank you both of you made our stay perfect as we both have autism find new things hard but it was all good

Superb

Mine hosts were very friendly and informative, superb, clean breakfast. Great position for access to the beach and all amenities. Parking next to the property. Bar if required open from late afternoon.

Slight problem with the mattresses. Two singles pushed together to make a double, no problem with that but the the mattresses were art different heights. Slightly odd
