Definitely not 5 star! Unfinished, unclean. In need of redecoration and refurbishment. Breakfast poor.

Perfect place for a short escape from London

The room was great and also the location. Many restaurants and bars nearby.

The pillows were a bit hard for my taste, but its me being fussy.

An outstanding hotel overlooking the sea. I wish I'd booked for a longer stay but I will return.

I transferred to the Chatsworth Hotel for a 3 night stay last month, and was most pleased with my decision to change. I had only booked a few hours earlier and was given a very warm welcome from the receptionist on arrival. After checking in I was escorted to my room by another extremely pleasant member of staff. My room was of a very high standard, immaculately decorated and clean, with a side view overlooking the seafront and bandstand. The bed was extremely comfortable giving me an excellent 3 nights sleep. I opted for full English Breakfasts each morning in the beautifully decorated dining room. All food was well presented and of a very high standard. Regret my previous review for another hotel was posted in error!

Great experience and would certainly recommend.

Great facility and the staff were exceptional.

I travel alot (especailly with work) and think Hotels need to move away from in room instant coffee. I am probably spoilt but for me a Nespresso makes all the difference. (Not a complaint just an oberservation :) )

Everything about the hotel was lovely. The staff are all amazing and so dog friendly, I will definitely be back. If this hotel was in London youd easily pay over 600 a night

Excellent quiet and relaxing Christmas break

Breakfast good and plentiful though coffee in coffee machine was lukewarm. Absolutely lovely location. Lovely comfortable room. staff exceptional - couldn't do enough for us
