Good

Comfy bed, good breakfast, spacious room with coffee and tea making facilities. Better value than accommodation in Hampden Park area, where I was attending a weekend event.

The ensuite was a bit cramped with a small basin. An old house like this has some limitations: the floor above (2nd floor) creaked and I bumped my head once or twice on the beam across the low ceiling.

It was ok for a couple of nights

The staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was exceptional. Nice location . Plenty of tea and coffee provided in the room

Bathroom very small and dated. Really needs to be updated. Tv very small and in a position that meant it was very difficult to watch while in bed.

The hotel provided everything needed but the overall quality did not come up to expectations.

The room was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable and warm but the bathroom left much to be desired. shower was small and the whole bathroom short on space. the toilet flush worked but the button was detached from the toilet. the shower tiling joints were showing signs of mold. the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was better than average. the hotel could benefit from some refurbishment and redecoration.

Would be back

Friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in Clover room - comfortable, nice big bathroom, had everything I needed. Great kindling bags also sold by one of the staff!
