Very comfortable hotel in excellent location.

A very comfortable place to stay. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The windows are all the way to the ceiling. There are blockout curtains that have to be closed manually (not cord pull closure). Over time they have been damaged and now cant no longer be completely closed. I think they should be repaired/replaced with cord pull system.

Pretty good experience overall but can be improved on details

Location is great, the room is large and comfy. Netflix on tv. Room service was very good.

The toilet's tank was leaking small stream of water into the bowl and it can get annoying. The lightbulb in the living room sometimes flicks.

It was dirty, poorly executed and uncomfortable room.

the television had a lot of entertainment on it!

the bed sheets were not fitted correctly, causing an extremely uncomfortable sleep and a wrestle to get them on comfortably The bathroom was dirty, the mirror, the sink, the toilet. I booked a balcony and we had no access to even open the windows! Small side note: the mini fridge in the room was not impressive, and we were charged a lot for the bottled water provided. I found the staff rude and unwilling to help us. I think because I am young looking I dont receive as much respect maybe. The air conditioner in the room continually switched off and the temperature in the shower would constantly drop.

Excellent Boutique Hotel in a superb location. Very Friendly Helpful Attentive Staff. My Suite was exactly as described & very clean. Facilities excellent at this property & has a great cosy feel. I look forward to my next stay.Very competitive rates also

Good location

Room description on the booking platform said Bath, Hot Tub and this was in the photos (superior queen). Room did not provide. I was roomed in a handicap accessible room, two single beds pushed together, no bath or spa. The staff made no acceptance of this and wanted to charge me more for an upgrade which I believe I already paid for.

Passable but not as advertised.

In room spas

Rooms were tiny and different facilities in each room even though they were advertised as the same type of room. Ie one room had a microwave and coffee machine where the other did not.
