Location is in center and Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful and courteous. Good Service. keep it up.

Rooms are little cramp for a couple and there should be a full mirror in the room for a female to get ready. Also the washroom are of a size where short heighted or slim people only could fit. Latches of the washroom were not working in most of the rooms. Also the family room is only at 1st floor should be also available on higher floor.

Overall good but comparatively expensive

I loved their food. Tru kitchen serves variety of breakfast and food is really very tasty and fresh. Service is bit slow. You have to order atleast 30 minutes in advance if you are not opting buffet. Location is good and near railway station. Rooms are clean and housekeeping service is also good. Good hospitality.

I could see mostly ladies staff. No help for moving luggage. You have to be on your own. None of the staff at beacon and fern knew anything about tourist attractions in the city. That was quite strange. You are left to yourself to plan sightseeing. They have contacts with private cars for the same but if you come with own vehicle you won't receive any guidance.
