Will be staying here again

The building itself, still a working convent, is steeped in history with some great features from the moment you enter. Our room, one of the original dorm rooms, was modern and immaculate. Perfect for the railway station and just outside the City walls.

A pleasant return visit

This is a quirky property that has been significantly upgraded since my last stay. I enjoy the history and the friendliness. Its also a very convenient location

I liked everything but the 3rd floor would not be suitable for anyone much taller than me (and Im only 5 4) as there are a lot of low ceilings. I suspect the lower floors are less constrained

Great value, modern facilities, great breakfast

Stayed one night in a twin on 2nd floor. Great location near the station and short walk to the town centre. Facilities are new and modern with great bathroom, TV and wifi. Continental breakfast had a great variety including very nice homemade granola.

Mattresses were very cheap and offered no support, glad I didn't have to sleep more than one night on it. Smell of air freshener was a little strong. Couldn't turn down/off towel rail so bathroom very warm.
