Nice stay.

The staff were so kind and attentive to your needs. The rooms were clean and kept stocked with teas and coffes. The sea view room was lovely. Restaurant and bar were lovely too!

Our shower would cut off after a few minutes and I needed to wait for it to fill up again to be able to finish washing my hair.

All in all a very enjoyable stay in Nairn in a nice hotel with lovely people.

Room was nice with a sea view. Bed was very good size - more like a small double than single. Decent shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was very good - plenty of choice. Lunch and evening meal were also very tasty. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast staff.

The only negative was that I asked for a decaf coffee after my evening meal and I learned the next day that the waitress had used a decaf coffee bag but put it through the machine, which is why I had a sleepless night. I was told by another member of staff when I checked out that they usually give decaf coffee in a cafetire - that would have been fine. As it was I was it ruined my night and left me shattered the next day, but hopefully they won't make the same mistake in future. My room was lovely and peaceful in the night but if there's entertainment in the bar you can hear it all as well as clattering about downstairs, so take ear plugs if you want or need to sleep before midnight.

Best pies!

The breakfast was brilliant, like a 3 course meal. Set in a really nice location, it was dark when we dined but the view would have been incredible. The homemade pie was incredible! Very filling.

I had been given the room that was above the entrance to the property. There was quite a lot of noise from the rowdy patrons and unfortunately a lot of chairs being dragged over the floor.

Magnificent location and room. Will return.

Wonderful location with breathtaking view overlooking the park, beach and Firth. Our suite was huge - 1-bedroom flat with kitchen area actually. Food in the restaurant was very good and well priced. Portions are very large. Some starters are big enough for 2 to share.

On road parking at the rear a little cramped.

Friendly hotel in an excellent location.

Very friendly hotel in an excellent location. Many of the rooms have sea views and it's a short walk to the beach. Breakfast is excellent with wonderful views from the breakfast room over the beach. The hotel bar is very good and a nice place to relax with a drink. The room was comfortable and spacious. It's a short walk into the main town.

The bathroom could do with minor refurbishment such as refinishing of mastics around the shower which are mouldy. The toilet flush is a bit hit and miss. Just some attention to these details would make a lot of difference to the room. There was also a musty smell throughout the passageway and in the room.

Lovely staff but the hotel is in desperate need of a revamp.

Really lovely, friendly staff and an excellent selection of beers (and whisky, if thats your thing).

Very tired, outdated interior design. A rubbish shower. A broken mirror. A damp patch in the ceiling. There was a live band playing that night and the noise carried up to our room so loudly until late. I wouldnt encourage families with children to stay if theres a band on.

Superb

There was a group of us, we were scattering our parents ashes on the River Nairn, where they spent many happy holidays. Our stay was lovely, clean and very friendly staff, food exceptional. We where very fortunate that the sun came out for my parents final journey. Would stay there again.
