It was quiet and relaxing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable.

There was no place to put toilet paper in bathroom aside sink and toilet. There was no hot water and I tried both shower and sink.

No hangers and we were there to get married. the bathroom had a sink but no counter tops same with the shower. I had to put everything on the floor. The shower did not have a door. Don't know if it was for looks but water kept getting on to the floor. It was a nightmare. There was no space for my make up, blow dryer, etc. The lights were not working. Ac unit did not work properly. We had the windows open the whole time. The floors were dirty and disgusting. My feet was dirty. Had to keep my shoes on. I told the front desk gal when we checked out and she basically did nothing about it. They should have discounted the rate or something. Terrible customer service

An off-the-strip budget hotel that probably would appeal more to a people who want to smoke weed.

Nice bed, windows opened (was not told in advance it was a Cannabis floor) which was a good thing, new TV screen, fairly stylish for a budget hotel room.

There was a rotten sewage smell emanating from the bathroom. This might have been a septic problem other places in Las Vegas last weekend as we noticed it in the Luxor as well. The fact that we were put on a smoking floor with no notice. The lighting behind the bed (neon blue) we couldn't figure out how to turn off. The elevator had a lurching sound to it. Coffee in the lounge was mediocre. The lobby decor was eclectic but terribly mis-matched.

Decent budget stay, don't expect cool A/C

The first employee we encountered was nice, but other than that we didn't have particularly great interactions. The room was affordable compared to other rooms during a busy weekend. Walking distance to the Las Vegas festival grounds. Attempts at improving the property.

We weren't able to check in until way after the actual posted check-in time; our room was not cleaned yet, and it did not seem as though the front desk worker cared to keep us informed because we had to keep asking for an update. The elevator was shaky and felt unstable. The room's AC unit could not keep the room cool, and we visited in the second half of October so the temps weren't at their peak. There weren't enough outlets in the room for a 4-person capacity. The water pressure in the shower was abysmal. There was also no telephone in the room which made food deliveries more complicated than they needed to be. The overall feel that we got from this hotel was that it was being run by a group of buddies. I'd only recommend this to anyone on a budget or if 420 friendly rooms are extremely important to you.

Disappointing

1. Parking: They hosted a Halloween party which caused all parking in the front and back of the hotel to be full. They didnt have valet for guests, only for those who had tickets for the Halloween event. We had no choice but to park far down the street. 2. Noise: no sound proof. We stayed on 3rd floor and we could hear everything down the hallway and from the floor above us. 3. Facilities: not as polished as in pictures. Elevator door sounds like it could break down at anytime.
