Great family relaxing time!

The resort has everything you need for a great relaxing time with the family - big well equipped rooms, walking areas, small private beach, restaurant with good breakfast and dinner options, activities - games, boats, pool. If you want just to stay in you can have it all, but they also offer transportation to White Sand beach and local market, big plus for us. Additionally the staff was great, always smiling, willing to help you, to give advice, to schedule activities (snorkeling for example). They also provided small gifts for welcoming or Christmas, what could you wish more!

Wi-Fi network was weak, no big issue.

The bed was comfortable. The only redeeming feature.

Outdated and poorly maintained complex, very remote bordering on eerie. You rely heavily on taxis. Calling itself beach front is generous - it has a small, man made beach, other areas are full of weeds. Food is poor and so are the facilities. Two days in a row we went out at 9am and returned around 3:30pm and the room hadnt been serviced despite leaving the sign on the door. Would have checked out after first night if it wasnt new years and the island was so fully booked.

Areas run down - but could be easily fixed. Bit of paint, bathroom renovation. Everything was functional but needed a bit of TLC. No real beach to talk of. I all felt passed it prime.

Perfect stay thanks to the hospitability of the personnel

Excellent and helpful staff that really cared that our stay was the best possible experience. Also I felt that that they also really care about our needs (I am on a wheelchair, so they upgraded my stay to the better accessible house so it was more comfortable for me). The place itself is also beautiful. And the breakfast on the terrace - excellent. I wish to come back to the same place in the future.

Nice quiet secluded area, great for some rest

Nice secluded area, perfect to disconnect and find some rest. Good food at the restaurant. Decent breakfast. Free use of kayak and paddle boards. Friendly staff. A very talkative guest relations manager who makes sure youve got everything you need.

Its clearly lacking maintenance and the last maintenance was not well done (Wrong application/ wrong use of materials, for example the paint). The area map includes a forest or bird watching trail but it hasnt been maintained for a long time and is inaccessible. The recreation area has facilities for a bar, but its not operating. Overall the price is just a bit on the high side taking in account the lack of maintenance and the food is also quite pricey, but I guess you pay a bit more because youd need to take a van or motorbike to eat outside.

Near perfect.

I have never experienced this type of being welcome. Staff worked day and night to give you the best experience, brought me with golfcar to my room every time they saw me walking. Super friendly, great shuttle service. Beautiful location. Best breakfast in all of Thailand. The guest relations manager Ai was very hospitable and always ready to help us or chat with us. Thanks Aiyapura for giving us a memorable stay. PS. We even extended our stay for several days.

The water from the sinks and shower was brown. The rooms were slightly outdated.

Amazing place in amazing area, once there You do not want to leave.

Amazing place in amazing area. View and nature around exceptional, friendly personal shows best of their hospitality. Local food in restorant are good and adopted to customers, even our alergy food restrictions was considered. Peacocks and peafowls walknig in the area gives extra exotical feelings, if You want quiet relaxing time off - this is the place. We was not looking for atractions and events and we had great time there, we wish You the same on Your vacation.

Full with positive memories we can not think about something we did not liked. Sorry :)
