Lovely stayneed to make WiFi doesnt fail for guests to hail a ride.

The rustic, colonial setting and grounds. Beautiful area. Concierge was kind, and showed us personally to our room, explaining things. Quite helpful!

There were no phones in the rooms in case we needed something urgent. Would have had to walk to reception, where no one would be. (No regular staff at night). Wi Fu broker down the very morning of our departure to the airport, and couldnt call a Grab driver, as the app was down. Had to ask a kitchen staff in the rear if we could use his phone to call someone..it was cutting it close to catch our flight.

Staff were excellent in my opinion, general cleanliness of the houses needs to improve and glass would help

I like the rural aspect of the property and the resort in general

Having lived in Penang some years ago I did know what to expect: but having no glass was a problem for mosquitos and general sounds and of the resort. The diggers on day 2 was a surprise building a new resort

Amazing first vacation with our baby in this beautiful resort

Beautiful and unique resort, made for an amazing first vacation with our 8 month old baby. Great food and lovely pool meant we didnt need to leave the resort much, but Grab taxis were easily accessible. We enjoyed short walks to the smiling buffalo cafe and animal shelter/Bon Ton restaurant next door too.

Plantation House 5 doesnt get a lot of natural light, therefore we eventually moved to Colonial House 4 which was beautiful and bright. They only had 2 high chairs at the restaurant, which was only a problem during one lunch when they were both already in use.

The place for a unique architectural historical experience, away from hustle bustle but super near to Pantai Chenang.

1. Unique experience of staying in a kampung house with modern amenities. 2. Great surrounding landscape 3. No traffic!! 4. Nice decent cafe.

Actually none but would have liked to have a coffee table or a QR code that links yo the history of the house, how it was dismantled etc.

We loved the concept of houses of different styles rebuilt in the grounds. The rooms were really apartments with a lovely lounge and big TV, with a kettle and supplied drinking water. The food was excellent. We would definitely come again!
