The room lacked a chair or stool to sit on. I found it inconvenient to use the desk standing up.

Very good

All great considering value for money. Staff is kind and reactive, rooms are clean. Toilet is new. The pool is nice.

Breakfast was a bit poor. Only two options and I think the quality was quite low.

Great service, experience & FUN

We had a wonderful vacation staying at Telaga. After 7 nights stay, it was so sad that its ending and to say goodbye. We felt very welcome and treated so well. We had stayed at so many hotels this is easily the best service and treatment that we ever had. All the staff are super friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. When it comes to customer services, they set a high standard. Also they would go the extra mile to meet our needs and requests. Their enthusiasm to making sure our stay is enjoyable went above and beyond, it truly exceeding our expectations. The front desk reception help us make dinner reservations, book Mangrove tour and the car rental. The kitchen staff prepared delicious breakfast of western or Malaysian choices. The cooks will make you a healthy fruits muesli yogurt bowl upon request. The manager is so sweet and personable. We were thrilled to be invited to a BBQ on a boat and a special anniversary event held at a beachfront restaurant. It was fun and nice meeting the friendly locals. On my birthday she upgraded us to a huge king suite with a big Jacuzzi and surprised me with a birthday cake. Just want to say thank you to Rosada and her amazing team. The hotel is just 15 mins from the airport and walking distance to nearest beach. The hotel is reasonably priced and has good wifi. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a large bathroom. Highly recommended.

Beautiful relaxed place close to town. Clean and had character.

Pool area was not crowded and very clean. Breakfast was included. Staff were helpful and friendly. Bathrooms were new and modern. We had connecting rooms. We could was to beach and town or taxi was cheap.

Cupboards were dated.
