Very good

Great and pleasant relaxin stay

The pool and breakfast was great. A good variety. Staff were also so friendly and helpful. The pandan ice tea was also delicious

The location is around 15 min from the beach and main strip. Limited restaurant options. Also, some nights I had decent hot water and then some it was lukewarm.

Great location, clean and great staff. Cant go wrong.

Very efficient and clean. The best part were the staff, extremely helpful and go out of their way. My wife told them it was my birthday and the entire staff gathered round my room for a surprise happy birthday. Really nice! Also the location is excellent, just 5 mins by car to Cenang beach or 15 minutes walk. No complaints.

It was almost perfect until ...

The staffs who prepared breakfast for us and the staffs who cleaned our rooms, they were very nice. Thank you.They made us felt like we are staying at our grandma's home. We felt they cared and they did their best for us. We were lucky that during our stay, the hotel rooms was under-booked so we had the swimming pool to ourselves (4 of us - me, my husband and my 2 yound kids). The room were spacious. The breakfast menu was so good, for a 2-star hotel they had a good variety. Well done! This hotel is suitable for groups and family bcos most of their rooms have connecting rooms. Overall the rooms, and the hotel surrounding was very clean and well-kept. Good job!

They don't provide in-house laundry service, no room service. But they allowed us to order food via Grab, so that was ok. They were quite strict with their breakfast policy. One of their hotel manager scolded me in front of my 2 young kids. He said I am too demanding. In my opinion, we paid for the stay, so we can be demanding to a certain extend. It could also be a test-point to see how far the hotel management would go to make your stay a memorable experience. I thought that conversation could have been done in a separate session without my kids looking at me gettting scolded. That was not so nice experience. I cried in my heart.

The room was spacious and staff very helpful and friendly. It is not walking distance to Cenang beach but with Grap application you get taxis everywhere and cheap. Breakfast is ok . Pool is clean, receptiin provide you with towel. I had a problem with the AC staff did not hesitate one molent to move me to another room. I highly recommend it

Staff were very friendly, helpful and solved my requests right away. Great breakfast. Very relaxing. About 15 mins walk to the beach and shops section (if you take a short cut)..if u hire a scooter it will be alot quicker and better of course.

Didn't like the joining doors to the opposite room..but I requested one that didn't have joining rooms and was moved and it was much better

Everything was beautiful and lovely, staff were so helpful and warm. Breakfast was awesome, pool was right outside our room, loved our porch facing the pool. Love the warm embrace having coffee on our beautiful porch when it rained. Praise the management for such warm hearted staff

Staff is friendly, really helpful and always happy. Breakfast was good. Room were clean and nice. Little patio was great outside from the room. Swimming pool area was also good. Calm and quiet place.

This place is just a little bit far away from the beach but it's in walking distance still.
