Incredible

The reception guy was very nice and kind he said we arrived too early but still managed to help us with checking in earlier after we waited for a short time in the lobby! He was very nice and helpful and i would like to thank him for his manners. The hotel was very nice and the rooms wer spacious. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Stuff is helpful, specifically the receptionists

-Bedbugs all over the couch ( couch only) need to be cleaned -The brake fast quality and variety could be better -Value over the quality does not match -All executive suite views ,as explained, are backward -Furniture is in a bad condition -Fungus around the corner

I am more than satisfied with my stay here. Highy recommended

The staff are very considerate and accomodating, especially the one in the reception. They allow me to check-in early at 08:30am instead of 02:00 pm without asking anything. Words are not enough to show my appreciation since I really wanted to take rest from my long stay at the airport. They will let you see the room first if you like it or not. The room and toilet are clean and big enough for a solo traveller, and is complete with all the things you need and everything is working properly. Restaurant staff are also kind and respectful. All thumbs up

Nice stay , there is a space for improvement

the hotel is clean , staff are nice ,

fare is high for 2 stars hotel also we had been disturbed by noisy customers whom stayed in beside our room they stayed for 2 nights almost we couldn't sleep from their loud noises , high TV sound

The hot water was not hot all the time, it got cold at one point, then it got hot again. Coffee at breakfast is instant coffee in a sachet

Disappointing

Make sure to not book for more than one day

The only thing I could recommend for anyone who wants to get here is the place is too quiet and lots of parking outside the hotel

You booked a room based on the offered here but you get something different and when you asked them for the same room, they basically told you to contact booking. BTW, I am really appreciate booking staff for gave me a refund because of this situation.
