Superb

Unit is very roomy and location is very convenient.

The mattress sags in the middle. No baking sheet and no aluminum foil provided.

Good place to stay just needs work on housekeeping

The room has a great setup

The sheets and pillowcases had hair on them. We asked for them to change the linen twice and it seemed like the just stretched the sheets to make the beds.

Staff is welcoming and helpful- would come back and would recommend

Kitchenette was fully stocked with tools/supplies. Bathroom had plenty of bath and hand towels. Staff was available and around doing work through out the building. The options for parking in the garage and lots outside were easy to use and Cleaned from any snow build up that occurred

The happy hours that are offered are only 1 hour long. Maybe think of extending them to two hours. As a smoker I would have loved to see an ashtray, but myself (any plenty of other I noticed) found the garbage pale to use.

Disappointing

The breakfast was ok. The location is perfect if youre looking to ski. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were convenient though dated.

I didnt like that the room we stayed in was so hot it was uncomfortable. My whole family had a hard time sleeping. We expected the room to be as nice as the front lobby. It was very dated, but at the same time it was just okay. There was dark hair in the bathtub and on the walls of the shower upon arrival.

The rooms are nice beds were nice staff was nice

It was a fairly nice hotel, but the plumbing in the shower made a really loud noises the baseboard heater when it would come on it was buzzing the whole night so we had to turn it off, which made the room very cold, and could not sleep.

Great stay! We had a blast and will stay there again!!

Location was great! Room was great with rooms for everyone!

The only bummer was that the pool ended up being serviced while we were there so we didn't get to swim. But, the hot tub was big and wonderful!

Value for money and a cosy stay!

Located just minutes away from the lifts and ski school on foot, and from downtown Old Town. Located within a lovely quiet but safe neighborhood. Lobby is tastefully done up! Very cosy and welcoming place. Free cheese & wine on Mon nights, margaritas and guac on Wed, and breakfast on Sun mornings.

Rooms on level 3 seemed a little dated, but no doubt that they were clean and comfortable.
