The best hotel in a beautiful location!

From the minute we arrived, the staff were so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and we will definitely be coming back. I was also very impressed by the selection at breakfast, it was fresh and you had so much choice.

An Excellent Hotel That's Worth A Visit.

This was our second visit to this hotel. We enjoyed our first visit so much we wanted to come back. From the moment you walk through the door and see the opulent surroundings you know you will enjoy your visit. Having been greeted by a charming receptionist who explained the facilities available, we checked in and went to our room (N 323). To our surprise we found we had been upgraded. The room was large with two double beds and everything you would need for your stay. The view from the balcony was great. Admittedly, we had chosen an expensive hotel, but you only get what you pay for. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes, definitely. Thats why this was our second visit.

There is not a ramp for the disabled to enter the main entrance, therefore you have to negotiate 4 steps which are difficult for someone with walking difficulties.

Very good

A good stay in a charming town, very nice hotel.

Welcome was excellent, breakfast was first class, there were plenty of quality touches all round.

A long walk to our room, dinner in the a la carte restaurant was good but not spectacular, the live band was good but I would prefer local music rather than British/American pop - not what I come to Austria to listen to. And I found the bed quite uncomfortable.

Excellent well equipped and run hotel in the finest Austrian tradition.

Room was large and well equipped. Good view of the mountains as well. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the omelette chef did great omelettes to your specification. We took the Half-board option which gave afternoon snacks and a 4 course dinner. All food was excellent with a good selection on all courses. Drinks at the bar and in the restaurant were reasonably priced.

Would have preferred the afternoon snacks to start at 3pm rather than 4pm but that is the only thing I can think we didn't like.

The weather was great so we had perfect time, hotel, location, food, services snd facilities( great spa area) everything

The location is great as 5 mins to the lake and 3 mins to centre. Bus stop to Schmittenhohe 5 mins too. The staff was helpful, the cook preparing the eggs would go above and beyond to serve you wahtever you like, amazing guy!

The parking space is limited so not very convenient

Highly recommended hotel! Every corner very cosy and comfortable, beautiful spa, perfect service, delicious wine and food in the restaurant, nice place close to the see and city center, additional service nad information to many trips, life music in the evening as bonus. One of our best stay ever!

Just want to stay longer :)
