Loved our stay!

Amazing staff, great food, nice sauna, perfect view from the room to lake. Location is up the hill so a car is needed..free shuttle to ski lift in the morning. Free dinner was included, which was always yummy. Room is spacious.

Bed was too soft. Pillows should be replaced

A clean venue on top location

Anastasia, the owner, is a lovely person, ready always to assist you. The breakfast served its purpose but the view was simply amazing, one of the best you can get in town. Modern design and very clean everywhere with nice scents.

There is no coffee/tea machine in the room nor other way to get one outside the breakfast/dinner opening hours. The restaurant only serves standard dinner, daily decided menu, with no a la carte options (ex Xmas dinner: cauliflower creme soup, mushrooms risotto and chocolate souffl).

An absolute gem!

Loved it all - the room, the staff, the surrounding mountains! Dinner is included at no additional charge, you do pay for beverages (bottle of wine ranged from $40-80 USD). Food was excellent - stay in for dinners! The spa is beautiful, massage was great!

Car centric location, but the views are well worth the walking up/down the hill if you come by train.

Unforgettable stay

I usually criticize, but this hotel left nothing to criticize it. If youre looking for good treatment and perfect view, this is your best choice. Design is amazing, there is everything you need. Location is pretty good, but you better have a car. Hotel staff are very accommodating and beyond professional. Mr and Mrs.Alex and Alex number 2 are awesome people. Its a bit pricey, but it definitely worth it.

Poor

I booked and paid for 3 nights, I hardly spent one night, the property looks empty and no services were available, it is over priced, beds were not comfortable. They charged me for the three nights and did not even offer a refund or even partial. It is advertised as a hotel and it does not have any hotel aspect. It is hardly a suite.
