Superb

The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the hotel in an excellent location with just a short walk / e-scooter ride to Berliner Tor.

It would have been good to have a room kettle for tea / coffee and possibly a mini fridge. Otherwise the hotel was perfect.

Decent hotel. Very clean, comfortable bed. 10 minutes walking distance from metro station. Good breakfast. I recommend it for a business stays.

Solid and pricewise choice in the budget class

Room interior, equipment and amenities were really excellent taking into account the amount paid. It's definitely superior to other hotels in the same price range (like Ibis, B&B Hotels or Motel One). Free accomodation for dogs!

Poor location: it looks fair on the map, but in reality it's rather far from U- and S-Bahn stations. The neighborhood is quite industrial and unappealing: offices, construction sites and highways. Breakfast is overpriced and plain. Employees are ... very different. Some are helpful, while the other ones are grumpy

Its clean, stuff are really nice and friendly

We booked separate beds and they were placed together. A small fridge and kettle would be appreciated.

The Location was very helpful to go travel downtown with public transport. Very friendly with our dog, the room was clean andbthere was water waiting for us in the room. The self check in is very helpful

The pillows not so comfy, and the room was very warm. We openen the window and it was balanced

Would stay here again!

The room was comfortable and clean, the staff was very nice and the breakfast was really good too! During Christmas time, the hotel is super close to the Christmas markets (like 10-15 mins) and they're BEAUTIFUL and the food is delicious.
