Grat hotel in St Pauli

The bed is big, everything is new, good shower, and there is a Lidl at the door of the hotel. Just one minute from the metro station. Great price-quality.

Liked it a lot, will probably stay here next time.

The room was clean. Both shower and toilet are inside the room and in very good condition. There's enough space to store luggage and clothes. There's proper A/C in the room and good ventilation. The mains sockets are plentiful and near the bed. The free WiFi is totally usable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Extra points for the bar inside.

The property is near a busy street, and the noises from outside reach the room too well at night. But one can easily offset this by using ear plugs. Breakfast not to my taste, I recommend going for breakfast outside at least to explore St. Pauli.

A good offer for a Hamburg city Hotel

Bedroom and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The room is well decorated with matching colour scheme. Room are quiet . Situated around the corner from the Hamburg Reeperbahn there is very good connection to public transport. The breakfast buffet offers everything to start the day. +++ +

The hotel receptionist was extremely impolite and bad mannered with a cluttered and untidy reception desk.

I will definitely return for a longer stay!

Even better than I expected! The room was warm and clean and nicely designed. It was really calm there, no sound from the outside or from other rooms. People on the reception were super friendly and helpful! Also the location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything I needed including the Stage theater.

The two (very) small things I can think of: 1. The chair in the room is not comfortable, I ended up sitting on the floor. But since I didn't come to Hamburg to sit in the hotel the whole day, it is very minor. 2. No tea/coffee in the room, it is always good to have a small kettle and a mug. But there was a REALLY good coffee machine near the reception, so when I returned late after a long walk in Christmas rain I enjoyed a perfect tea there.

Very good

Modern hotel, clean room. Staff at the reception are polite and helpful. A pleasant surprise was the tokens for a free drink in the hotel bar, one for each guest.

Too many mirrors for my taste (there were 4 in the room) :)
