Peaceful but overpriced and unclean.

Peaceful location by the beach in an undeveloped village-like part of the island. Owners are nice and I felt generally safe. Good wifi.

The room was clean but the bathroom STINKS. Like something had died in the drain. I left early because I couldnt stand it. Lizards in the bedroom. The proximity to the beach is good but theres trash everywhere and its full of rocks so you cannot swim. Ive stayed at far better places at half the price.

Nice rooms close to the beach

Spacious and clean accommodation. Really good working AC. Very close to the beach where you can enjoy the sunset. There are a few good restaurants nearby where you can have breakfast and lunch/dinner.

Amazing stay , with a friendly helpful family , they gave recommendations , helped us book a taxi to catch out ferry.

Out the way location , very close to amazing beaches , excellent Thai restaurant close by. Lives up to its name sunset bay .

We liked the fact it was off the beaten track away from the tourist hub , some people might not .

Nice stay very near to the beach

convenient location with lot of restaurant around. The room was clean, spacious and very near to the beach. We saw some hornbills in the trees, a gorgeous sunset, a lot of stars in the sky at night. Our little boy played the whole day on the beach. We had a very pleasant time.

The beach was a bit dirty early in the morning but can't help it, right? Plastic bottles are naturally brought by the sea. Some cleaners came to pick up all the trash. It was hard to swim as there are a lot of rocks and the sea was not clear.

Perfect location, but impossible to swim in the sea.

It was very clean, very quiet, nice view, nice village :) Near by is Tai food restaurant with good meal. It open's at 15.00 till 23.00 :) . Friendly host.

It was impossible to swim in the sea, because of rocky bottom in hightide. There wasn't water in lowtide :( , only rocks...

Beachfront rooms with friendly owners & the best view in Langkawi

This property is run by a lovely family who also live onsite and are very helpful. The rooms are big, clean and well-equipped; there was plenty of space for two adults and our luggage. The communal facilities are great - theres fast wifi, a hot + cold water dispenser, a kitchen, barbecue pit and garden benches (mind the falling coconuts!) The absolute highlight is the location This property is right on the beach, with the sea literally just steps away from our door, and there are plenty of good eateries around the area. Highly recommended.
