This is a quite location, with access to a beach, three on-site and free mini-golf courses, and either a nice long walk or short drive to the needles or into Yarmouth. Sunny view has everything you need and the hosts are both welcoming and very good communicators!

Super location in a lovely well kept holiday chalet

Amazing location, just by the beach, with a sea view for when you are eating breakfast/dinner. The accommodation was really well kept - all modern appliances and very well equipped kitchen if you are looking to cook some meals at home.

We came to explore the isle of Wight a little, and had a good time doing that.

The room with the double bed was rather cramped. The fire alarm was rather sensitive. The first day it went off when one of us had a shower. A lot of complicated devices but it was all clearly explained in the information pack.

excellent property, location and property management

The property was as advertised, set it a small holiday park with clear views across the Solent to Hurst Castle. Every evening the sunsets were stunning. We were met at the property by Brian and Carol who explained where to park and let us into the property. They asked us to check it over before they headed off, a really nice touch in case we spotted something amiss. They had completed a cleaning checklist and left it on display so we knew the level of dedication to the property. We had a few staple items and a few treats given to us on arrival too!

Nothing to fault with the property or location! The Isle of Wight bus services are good but wish the Island Coaster route would run in the other direction in the other half of the day. And the network insists on running through Newport without sufficient options away from there. Jersey buses much better. I did love the commentary on the Needles Breezer though!
