Poor

Dirty, disgusting and unfriendly

Location of the place was fantastic. It was close to subway/rail stations which makes traveling around the city easier. The room is spacious and basically looks like a studio apartment. It's also close to a good amount of food options and the famous Calle Florida for any leather shopping.

Cleanliness was not good at all. There were ants in the bathroom and the utensils/pots/kettles etc for communal use in the kitchen were so dirty and disgusting. There is not enough toilet paper for a multiday stay. Staff always seemed annoyed and unfriendly when we would go ask for something or did not feel like helping us during our stay because apparently we were interrupting their socializing time. There is also a couch in the room we had, but it was covered in dirt, dust and who knows what else. It was not useable nor was it ever cleaned/washed. There was nothing in the room we can put our suitcases. It's a spacious room, but there's no furniture or a luggage holder so we were forced to open our luggage and items on the floor. The window in our room also did not close all the way so you can hear the window howling and the window slamming. Maintenance, cleanliness and staff helpfulness did not meet expectations.

A room with a noise

Location comfortable bed nice room

Its impossible to sleep because you can hear the engine of the air conditioning box of the other flats It was a constant noise and you can hear it even with close window If you are a light sleeper it could be a big problem .

Buenos Aires is very nice city and Hotel is in the Centre

- Swimming pool not open at weekend - Long code also during day for entering hotel, even waiter is at reception - Bathroom is not nice (Ventilaion is not running, no Brush for Toilette)

The location, cleaning staff, front desk and restaurant were great. Great water pressure and hot water flow.

Not well maintained. Bathroom needed caulking. Kitchen did not have a drying rack for dishes.

Disappointing

Bed was ok in comfortability

Hotel building was old un renovated, windows was not able to close properly so when it rained it rained into the room. Hotel did not take European bank cards for payment.

Just ok.

Building in general: elevator, floor was old. The room itself was espacious...a lot of space but uncomfortable. The sofa was bad..very bad..old and not for sit.. broken inside. Picture look better than the place. Beds and matres were ok, good bed. Bathroom was also ok..Shower was ok. Location was alsof ok but i would not choose it again .. a would choose somewhere closer to Calle Florida.(now was like 15 minutes walking). People working in receptioniste were very friendly, especially in the night shift.

Old. Elevator get stuck. Sofa in the apartment was terrible.
