Very good

A good value for a clean room.

The room was better than expected if see the lobby. The refrigerator was a good surprise. It was a good bed and the TV was big (I guess 65). Easy checkout.

The street is not pretty, but it is close to restaurants close to congress.

Very good

The staff was very helpful in assisting me, both at reception and cleaning.

There were women's hair stuck to the blankets, and another guest came out into the hallway screaming at dawn.

Disappointing

it was average experience and didnt really match the price

The location was quite central however not extremely safe. There was an amazing ice cream shop right outside called Etzio!

There was a wool blanket in the cupboard which was dirty and smelt very bad. I called the reception at night for another one and he said to come down myself to get it because he is alone. The room is much smaller than it looks in the photos and you will hear other guests in other rooms.

Excellent place to stay if you need to be close to the center

Last time I was here I had a problem with the internet, they told me that they will be working on that and they keep their promise. It worked like a charm. I work holding meetings most of the time and it worked really well! The staff always was willing to help us and made us feel comfortable.

I would like to have the option to have breakfast in there, but apart from that all was pretty good, and they even offer courtesy coffee. That is always a big plus.
