None! If you are being defrauded just save your money and efforts.

Poorly maintained property. Staff is very rude and ready to defraud unsuspecting travellers from Booking.com. On arrival we were greeted by most unprofessional and rude lady at the reception who is not fit for any kind of employment in public dealing. She was so disrespectful to all family members as if the property is being offered free of cost. She was looking for a reason to increase the charges because she had already found a willing tourist for the kill. Now she wants you to out-pay the offer so as to grab your room or just go away and fend for yourselves. My advice as a seasoned international traveler, stay away from frauds. Room quality you may still compromise but as long as you are away from home, can't trust these guys who may ditch you in the middle of the night if they get a better offer. Finally stayed at another place by wasting my time and efforts in the night. You can't even complain to local police as rights of admission are reserved. "So take my advise and stay away."

Calm, serene and tranquility,lonely, lovely, pristine place Best place for people who love calm and quiet place good parking space is there, though no interlocking block or tarred, it's really good place to stay

No tiles or tarring place in the parking lot Even a simple concrete would be sufficient,the road towards the office is of course tarred.
