All in all was ok.

I would have preffered a better quality of the blanket and pillows. Also I dont like the bathroom door as it is not completely closed, at the bottom it has a big hole between the pavement and door.

Beautiful hotel, clean and friendly staff

The location of the hotel couldn't have been more perfect for us. The hotel was also incredibly clean and the staff were very welcoming and helpful with all of our queries including some specific recommendation requests for some complicated allergies.

WiFi was poor and we had issues working the air conditioning and heating elements in the room. We came in from the snow and struggled to get the heating to work sufficiently.

Great, easy to reach, hotel in the city center of Cologne. Highly recommended.

The accommodation is perfect, I asked for a room on the top floor and they honored my request. We had a great view over the city. The hotelroom had a small space to sit at the window and enjoy the night city skyline. The hotel was easy to reach by car and they have a parking space underneath the hotel. It costs 25 euro a day which is reasonable. The hotel is located in the city center and the main shopping street is 5 minutes away. The hotelroom was very spacious with a big comfortable bed and a great big shower. The room looked like it was just renovated and everything was very clean. Only the pillows are very soft and the waterboiler didn't work so well. However, these are minor complaints because overall this is a great hotel. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for visitors of Cologne.

Ok for short cologne trip

Decent and clean rooms

Breakfast was way too busy, there were so many people, it made you feel quite uncomfortable. Breakfast selection was only ok, coffee machines pretty horrible. The line for fried eggs of omelette was super long so we didnt even get some.

Good hotel, but hard to reach in my case

Good room, good breakfast, good location at Rudolfplatz reachable through tram lines 1 and 7 or just walking from the center. Very professional hotel.

Tried to add an extra day to my stay and it got declined through booking even though they seemed to still have availability on the extra day. Couldn't reach them either by message on booking or calls over multiple days. Eventually chose another hotel for my second day. Might have been hard to reach because of the holidays, but still a bad experience.

Breakfast was super good, plenty of options! The room was bigger than excepted and the view to the city of cologne was impressive (from the 10th floor)
