It was nice and comfortable.

The room was very accommodating loved the two nights we were there.

One thing that my family and I did not appreciate was that we have driven 20 hours and tried to check in early, (maybe 2 hours early) just because we were tired. The staff told us to call, and we did but never was able to check in. I could have paid extra for the accommodation but not even that was offered. Also, during happy hour, the eggrolls that they served were cold.

Great place to stay

I liked the fact that it looked exactly as pictured. Everything was clean and the breakfast was good quality. I can not rate the pool because, unfortunately, it was way too hot outside to use it. But other than that it was a great experience.

Honestly nothing really, just the first night there was a black out and I know the property has no control over the weather.

Superb

Traveling for an interview and realized late at night I needed 2 more copies of my resume. The night front desk person was extremely kind and helpful and printed 2 copies for me. When I arrived downtown for my interview it became evident that I would not return in time for checkout. I contacted the front desk and they extended my checkout by a half hour. It really lifted the stress of the morning. The rooms were perfect, bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this location.

We will choose Staybridge again.

The property was clean-nice. Staff was superb. We especially enjoyed the food perk. It was so convenient to just eat in, instead of trying to find something in a city we had never been.

Unfortunately, there was an issue with the hot water. We didnt discover it until we were getting out showers late that night. We had no hot water for our stay. The problem still was not resolved by morning. Though our stay was only one night, we were stuck. We had a plane to catch.

Convenient to the airport as we had an early flight. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

My husband went down to the car early Saturday morning and when the elevator door opened there was a homeless man using the restroom. They should have all exterior doors locked early morning, late night,

Our Stay was Excellent the staff was sweet, informative and friendly. It felt like they were friends

Breakfast was good should have more options daily and longer times during the week. 9:30 was when it was over and we do not get up till like 9. Also there is nice selections of different foods but for me I do not like sausage and they had that 2 days in a row.

Pool could be bigger and have towels out there at all times. Other than that it was nice

Wonderful and inviting

The inside and staff are wonderful

I feel its not in the best neighborhood anymore. Unfortunately, the area has changed within the past 2 years. A lot more homeless ppl now hanging out at the park down the way and are closely around the hotel.
