Our room was comfortable clean and spacious. There was free coffee and tea downstairs and it was very good. The breakfast in the morning was adequate and had a good variety.

The elevators were very slow, I think one was broken.

Great stay in a tough neighborhood.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I requested a "view room" since I was traveling alone and had to laugh at the sense of humor - I was put in the middle of the building where I could just barely make out the mountains over the top of the tall buildings across from us. The breakfast was truly amazing. Warm, fresh, they kept the protein coming and I was pleased to actually be able to have hot eggs and sausage or bacon instead of a cold boiled egg for breakfast. I normally travel with my pets but had to leave them with a pet sitter as the pet policy of this hotel was disappointing.

The area is a bit sketchy but that's commonplace in the heart of big cities like Phoenix these days. It's too bad I didn't feel safe walking the 4 blocks to the convention center and back at night. I was told there was a hotel shuttle available but it only picks up on the bottom of the hour so I kept missing that window as I was getting out of meetings at 6:30 and 7:30 but needed to call by 6:20 or 7:20 to schedule the pickup, or wait another hour. So I ended up walking it at night, past the homeless people wandering the streets.

A fabulous weekend attending a concert with some friends that was more fabulous because we stayed at your place!! thank

Being walking distance from Chase field and downtown restaurants, the shuttle from and to the airport, the shuttle to go to downtown within 2 miles. The friendly front desk staff. ALL of them we encountered were helpful and accommodating. The morning breakfast with many choices of hot food and drinks.
