Superb

Overall our stay was great. The bed the pillow was so comfortable. Very clean room. Location was great.

Great location. Jln Alor & changkat were all just walking distances within 5. Main bkt bintang area near Sephora all were just a 10 mins walk.

Lighting in the room is quite bad. Only small lamps available. N one corridor light.

Superb

Excellent location for anyone who enjoys the hustle and bustle of KL. Also great for first timers.

Location is great. Right next to Jalan Alor and all the malls. Lots of food options around.

Dining options were limited within the hotel though there are plenty of options within walking distance.

Room is clean and spacious. Housekeeping are done daily upon request. Hotel is strategic so easy access to Lot 10, Pavi, Sungei Wang and etc.

Bad experience with the housekeeping but matter resolved. No phone in the room so if you need to request something u HV to go down to the reception. Light are all dim not bright. One of the reception is pretty rude whereas the others were ok.

Power outlets, none in the bathroom and only one we could use in the bedroom

Everything seems nice.

The pool should be maintained well and its toilet should be cleaned properly.

A very good place to stay in Bukit Bintang.

Everything looks nice. The location is very close to the center of crowd and walking distance. Many good restaurant especially at the night time. You could get all easily. Nice place to stay in Bukit Bintang.
