Disappointing

Would probably stay again if they could guarantee us a non mouldy smelling room.

Pool and hot tub were great. Space in room was great.

The mouldy smell in the room. Fold out bed was awful.

Superb

We had a great time at this resort and would return in the future.

There were lots of activities, it was safe and secure and easy access to restaurants, shopping and Disney.

The beds were dated and extra firm and the floors of our accommodations had some kind of film on them that was not comfortable or clean to walk on.

Comfortable

Location was great. There room was as described. Amenities were easy accessible and available at reasonable hours. Staff was very friendly and had some good activities daily to enjoy. Kept the Christmas feel for our family on our first Christmas vacation!

I wish that some items were better detailed. Coffee and dish tabs not included with stay. This is commonly provided as amenities at rental and even when asked if they could be purchased was told no. Should change makers to Keurig or single use machine so guests do not have to waste so many coffee filters that go unused. Wi-Fi was not accessible throughout. It would cut off in certain areas of the resort but worked well in the room. The suites with kitchens need at least one frying pan added for cookies. Stocked well and had everything we needed except a frying pan which made cooking eggs tricky.

Check in was shakey, told us our rooms were not ready and didnt know when they would be, but after talking to a manager, we got a room right away.

The staff at checkin was very nice, however, I had to go back 3 separate times because the key cards didnt work to both

The property was beautiful and clean upon entry onto the grounds. Also location of property was spectacular

Great stay, definitely worth your budget and mor

The 3 bdrm villas are the best! You cannot beat the price for the space! This was my second time staying at the resort and everyone loves it! Definitely recommend for anyone with kids or in a group. Many sleep options.

The rooms are not filthy but can be cleaner. I always bring my own disinfectant wipes and a spray. Rooms could use more towels and an aluminum pan for the oven. We were missing sheets for the pull out beds and when we called the front desk to ask for some, we were told they ran out for the night. Main bathroom was not really cleaned up you could see dry pee spots and the toilet kept running nonstop,
