EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!

Very please with accommodations! The grounds are awesomely beautiful, well manicured and maintained -we sat in the car upon arrival and admired the Festive Decor. Front Security booth was attentive and we felt very safe and secure. The location is secluded enough, yet local to many shops and restaurants. We had a small issue with the initial room we booked. The front desk was more than accommodating and went above and beyond to resolve the issue -totally impressed!

How it was accessible to eatery and shops. Beautiful decorations.

Since my recent accident I am unable to walk distance and can't do steps well. I messaged booking.com and I actually called the Hotel after sent messages to make sure that I have a place on the bottom floor, the host at the desk told its not guaranteed when I checked in after some time he got me first floor suite. This suite the shower I was unable to hold on like the suite I had in June was perfect I was able to hold on and move around. This time the kitchen had small ants maintenance came to spray. I will need to look at other options next year.

Polynesian Isles resort-great place and friendly staff.

The staff was wonderful. The grounds were really nice. Christmas decorations were so cute.

It was good.

Location was great.

It was advertised as smoking and when I checked it they informed there was no smoking. On the website there are pictures of ashtrays on the balcony. There were also tiny spiders in the kitchen on the stove.
