Staff - everyone I spoke to at the front desk were super friendly, helpful and had fantastic customer service. The location is fantastic and the onsite bars/restaurants were lovely.

The rooms are very warn down and could use a refresh, expected more for the cost of them. Room was unclean (not cleaners fault just old and need replacements)

We enjoyed our stay but would look elsewhere for accomodation next time.

Location was amazing. So close to the beach and our Ocean room with a balcony had a lovely view of the water.

This is not a 5 star hotel yet charges and advertises as one.

Location was fantastic so close to the beach and restaurants/shops.

Rear access and car parking felt unsafe with many interesting people lurking around. Property also attracted random people coming through the foyer. We were followed by a random person within the lobby down the street. Hotel staff seemed to ignore these individuals visibly not staying at the hotel. The buffet breakfast over the 3 days was disappointing everyday and glad it was part of our package and we hadnt paid for this separately. No glasses, no water, condiments not refilled and staff running around doing all jobs.

Not informed until we arrived that their was no pool No cocktails in the bar on New Years Eve Iron needed replacement Tv was old , and randomly cut out with no reception No movie stations , no foxtel, not even the opportunity to buy a movie Car park expensive On arrival requested cocktail in horizon bar Didnt have the ingredients to make it Had to ring twice to replace iron and toilet paper that the house maids didnt replenish Definitely not the standard of the Stamford chain Will never return

Good location and views, although expect to pay for any extras

Beautiful view over Adelaide city. Hotel is on beachfront, cross one small road and youre on the beach. Very nearby lots of restaurants and walking distance to Coles too. Hotel offers an extra towel upon request for beach activities too. Minifridge in room. Other guests at the hotel seemed pretty friendly when you share the lift together.

The lounge reception area is quite dark and needs more light in there - it doesnt feel super inviting, but has a more vintage appeal I suppose. No complimentary snacks provided to room nor any complimentary tea comes with the room. Any food you take from the minifridge in your room gets deducted from a deposit amount you pay when you check in (seems a bit stingey). Also I didnt know that the pool was shut for refurbishment until after I had booked and paid online to stay at this hotel.
