Great stay in Sa Antonio. Would recommend staying here!

We enjoyed waking up from a good nights sleep in a comfortable bed to go get a made to order breakfast that was incredibly delicious. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and we loved our stay.

great location, hotel is very old, and very rude staff.

Great location and rooms were a nice size. Property could use a major update. Loved the fact there's an indoor pool but it was closed during our stay. That was a disappointment for our kids.

Front desk staff was very rude and not very accommodating.

I think the rooms could be better, rooms seem to have an odor when you first walk in. We did run into a couple of small roaches in the restroom. I've stayed there a few times and there is never any changes. It looks the same from one year to the next. I can probably wait a couple of years and go back and it would be the same. The elevator was scary, it always seemed to have a bad knock when it first starts to go into motion. Scared my granddaughter she would not get into the one elevator. Please look into that for sure.

Very good

Comfortable, Clean and Very Friendly Staff. Great Options for Breakfast.

My Bed Was Very Comfortable, My Room Was Clean. The CSR that greeted us upon our arrival was amazing. I definitely would come back just because of her. I loved having fresh breakfast as an option however the cook really needs to learn how to cook omlettes without overcooking them. The waitress was AMAZING.

Hotel interior very dated and really could use a refresh. The interior of the rooms and restrooms could use some TLC. The wall sockets and the USB Plugs are pretty loose and worn out, kind of hard to keep devices plugged in.
