Hotel was ok staff was ok breakfast staff was great plumbing was terrible in our room

Location was good breakfast was good

Plumbing was terrible the shower wouldn't drain the toilet wouldn't flush we were there only 1 night so it wasn't worth the hassle of complaining.

The beds were very small for a queen plus the bed were rock hard so with my bad back it wasnt very comfortable

The stay was fine except the fall on Sunday, Sep. 17, 2023 at 7:30 AM. This was our third stay.

Free breakfast. However, the breakfast is not really "free" because other motels in the area charge less per night than Quality Inn and offer no breakfast. Lower the rates, keep free breakfast, then the room will be a better deal for the travelers.

The bathtub floor in the shower was slippery and dangerous. There was no shower non-slip bath mat. My wife slipped and fell in the shower. She hurt her back. We went to an emergency room to get x-rays and diagnosis from a doctor. This was in room 111, Quality Inn Draper, Utah, Sep. 15-17, 2023. That tub is not safe. It is dangerous. The fall could have caused a serious injury.
