This hotel is a gem and a girl's best friend!

The amenities, I loved the provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Great hair dryer, cool no-fog mirror in the bathroom. Ice cold a/c. Scorching hot shower water. Great lighting in the bathroom. Awesome hair dryer that did a great job on my long, thick hair!

I wish there was more parking towards the main entrance.

Kids running through the halls. Someone tried to open our room door twice. Some teenager knocked at our door. It just was too much.. didn't get a lot of rest.

Very mediocre.

Staff were polite and very responsive. Comfy beds.

Breakfast was exactly the same EVERYDAY. Surely eggs could be cooked in different ways. Bathroom door did not lock. Phone did not work in the room. Laundry services were very poor. Dirty washers and dryers. Water from the faucet smelled bad in the hotel, we were not able to drink the water from the water fountains, it tasted really bad, and smelled bad.

Convenient and tolerated for the children.

The location was great, very close to Disney World and the hotel had a shuttle service to the park if you wished to use it.

So called sugar ants were all over and when I showed them evidence of these bugs they said they would have the room sprayed and never did The room was never cleaned by housekeeping even though we requested it every day of our stay we had to clean it ourselves. The shower was leaking however they fixed it almost right away. The ac and heating unit was broken however they fixed it almost right away. We were over charged even after providing discounted rates and being told we were getting that rate, we did not and discovered this when we returned home.
