Perfect for families and fantastic location

*Excellent breakfast choices. *The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. Brenda was friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived after a long trip. *large rooms *large bathrooms

*For those of us who are on a different time zone, wish the breakfast could stay open until 10:00am - 10:30am. Breakfast is only open until 9:30am. *this is a minor request but could use small sponge and small dish soap for cleaning kitchenette area

Wonderful stay.

This was our first time staying at a SpringHill Suites and it definitely wont be the last. Everything was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and super comfortable. There were plenty of other guest but there was no bothersome noise. We felt very comfortable and safe staying here. The complimentary breakfast was delicious too.

Very helpful staff member helping us find a place to eat Thanksgiving night. Willingness to give us a late checkout which we didnt need.

2 employees yelling at each other while we were in the lobby drinking coffee. A real major turnoff. Issues with the shower that needed to be resolved while we were there. We stayed 4 nights and only received housekeeping services once. We had to go the the front desk for towels and washcloths.

Superb

I was traveling in my electric car and booked here because they offered EV charging. Loved that it was free. The hotel itself was just fine - clean and friendly staff.

I was a bit nervous because the EV charging was only available on first-come/first served basis. I wish I could have reserved it. It ended up working out just fine however.
