Reasonable value to money, but not more then that

Good breakfasts and location, the room was clean.

The beds are narrow and the kitchen is only basically equipped. The room is organized unreasonably so the TV can't we used neither from the sofa side nor the beds

Worst stay ever at Marriott associate hotel. My wife prefers the Marriott chains and we have never

I booked a king suite and when I arrived they put me in a room with 2 full sized beds. The receptionist told me they had no more king rooms available and there was nothing they could do. I booked/reserved a king suite and even called earlier in the day to verify our reservation. This is completely unacceptable!

The TV in the room didn't work and person at the front desk apologized and said there was nothing they could do. Again, unacceptable!

I would definitely consider staying at Springhill again

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was very helpful as well. The room was spacious with two queen-sized beds and a living room area. It was very helpful that the sink and mirror were located outside the bathroom/shower-bathtub area.

The sofabed's mattress very thin and I could feel the springs in the mattress.

All in all would stay here again when in the area.

The staff was wonderful from the very beginning. They gave us an early check-in and honored our request for a first-floor room. The breakfast was very good better than a lot of other places we have stayed. The staff there was also very good. Feel there should be a tip jar for the workers here. They keep the place clean and filled at all times. Infact we tipped them on our own.

The toilet paper holder is so far from the toilet on the opposite side ( hard for a senior ) should be moved. Also, no hook on the back of the door to put a robe or towel. Did not see coffee or tea in the lobby ( but, I could be wrong about this Why don't motel hotels provide shower caps?

Very well kept up, as well your staff were very helpful and professional

Maintenance needs to do a little better job each room once guests check out Because the room we rented the shower head was super lose and leaking from the connection were it screws in Other than that the room was in great condition
