Comfortable

At center of the town. Free parking, clean bedroom, tv with youtube and Netflix. Overall it is comfortable and we surely will come to stay here if we visited cameron again.

Good place to stay when visiting Cameron Highlands

The location and modern decoration. I appreciated the free drinking water from the machine at the corridor. The staff was nice and helpful.

Would like a separate shower like using a glass door so i wouldn't have to step on wet floor when going inside the toilet. Two more matts beside the bed would be more cozy.

Terrible stay. Suspect the linen was not sent for laundry and recycled by just folding back.

Excellent balcony view.

Room emit unpleasant smell, especially in the cabinets. Laminated floor is noisy. Balcony sliding door lock is loose, will unlock itself after a few light push. Pubic hair can be found the first time we flipped up the blanket. Stains are scattered over the blankets, bed sheets and pillow case. Towel contained smell of male odor.

The FO and F&B staff attitude and gesture. They were kind and accommodating.

Superb

Rooms were clean. We took a family suite. Staffs are well behaved. Amenities were ample for the guest to use. Location of the resort is very good, you will get good variety of food shop/restaurants, mosque is very near by 3 min walk. Even the billion shopping center is also very near 6/7 min walk. We had steamboat at the hotel restaurant which is okay or as-is. Mr. Mohan helps us to get a taxi to Tanah Rata bus station while we come to KL, which was really help us a lot.

Breakfast menu was limited and the refill of the menu wasnt delivered while fruits were finished. Bathroom leaks water in the family suite, need to take care of it.
