Perfect

Everything especially the staff who were helpful, friendly and very pleasant. The rooms were Lovely spacious, bright and clean. Lovely bathroom with walk in shower. The food was good especially the Christmas Day menu. The evening entertainment was very good.

We enjoyed our stay and would return but maybe not at this time if the year when the clientele were elderly

Great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room size very good and facilities great

Very much geared to an older clientele. Very slow check in. Dinner was ok but nothing more than that.

Overall, it was amazing experience and I definitely would like to recommend this hotel

- very delicious food - perfect location - good pools and inner garden - good beach nearby - friendly staff

- beds and pillows weren't comfortable enough (there are only small pillows, which caused a discomfort during the night if you have any problems with your neck) - it was a bit weird to me, that I had to find an ATM, because you need to pay 10 euros deposit only in cash to be able to use safety box

Superb

The staff, the rooms...the security gaurd was very helpful. Was an all around lovely hotel

There wasn't anything not to like about the hotel.. but I think people should be made aware there are alot of theives in tenerife in general especially at the verconia strip. If we had known that, we would of stayed away. Due to a family member being robbed, unfortunately we won't be going back. But I have to make it clear the hotel was fantastic

Great hotel in great location.

Location was excellent.

Nothing about property. Fact that you needed pool view room to upgrade to Up area was disappointing. No flexibility here despite us wishing to do so. Needs looked at as customers who have money to spend but who do not book a pool view room at and extra 500 for two week stay are not allowed the three day package! This is discrimination pricing and should be reviewed.
