    very enjoyable, grandkids liked the house,play room and pool
    Lovely location, kids enjoyed the pool, not too far from disney etc
    directions were wrong for locating the property, directions stated 5 turnings past a particular estate, but was in actual fact the next turning.

    Excellent villa!
    The villa was very well presented, perfectly clean and the location was excellent. Easy to get to major routes, shops, Disney & Universal parks. Depending on traffic, you could get to some Disney parks within 12 Minutes. Instructions before arrival and also a folder in the villa was very helpful with good info.
    Spa heating (pool was fine) played up a couple of times but the maintenance company sorted it quickly and without fuss. Very friendly & helpful company that does the maintenance.

    Fabulous property, spacious and comfy, great to come home too after a long day at the parks
    Size of the property is much bigger than the photos give it credit for. Very comfy. Games room was a great bonus, kids didn't touch gaming consoles/streaming services once in 2 weeks. Instructions that were sent ahead of our stay were very clear and helpful (tips on take-outs, local restaurants etc.)
    Pool lighting wasn't working but that was a minor point. It would be useful to add to the instructions how to use cooker/oven, which took a bit of figuring out. can't fault anything else, kids asked me to stop referring to it as 'the villa', and refer to it as 'our home' whilst we were away.

    Beautiful villa, great location, lovely pool area, well worth the money, spacious rooms.
    This villa is lovely, just what we were hoping for, it has everything you need and more, beds comfy, plenty of towels, great kitchen and living area, super quiet and plenty of space, felt very safe our entire time as local area very secluded, would definitely go again
    Directions to villa were slightly incorrect but we got there eventually

    Our vacation was worth it with this home!
    The house was extremely well kept and organized. Everything was very accessible and of good quality. Phil was also extremely accommodating and answered any and all questions in a quick manner. I would highly recommend this property to future family or friends. Great location as well to dinning, and all the Disney parks.

    Huge very spacious, pool was amazing the outdoor area was incredibly spacious and clean, we had plenty of rooms for the family, the family room upstairs has games very nice place.
    Floor was a bit dirty but not a big deal I mopped it cause it was very slippery, some games were broken but not a big deal cause I didnt play with them and I had to buy batteries for the TV controllers but again not a big deal one thing I hated for sure was the communication with the booking in Europe I had to pay for international calling in order to get my payment processed since it was international my bank was blocking them it was very stressful

    This property is gorgeous especially in person. Located literally in the middle of everywhere. Grocery stores, theme parks, restaurants, nail salons and barbershop. Its really a vaca home. Not only was location awesome and convenient but the house itself was great. The pool, spa, and game room was enough entertainment for the kids when we decided to take a break from sightseeing and the city. No problem at all with WiFi and Cable was perfect so I didnt miss any shows while on vacation. All beds were absolutely comfortable pillows as well. I especially loved the washer and dryer as well. I will be booking again in the near future.
